Abstract

 In this research, an approach of Entropy index for analyzing electroencephalography (EEG) in epilepsy is supposed. The Entropy change of all EEG channels is evaluated and analyzed before, during, and after an epilepsy fit on the available dataset "CHB-MIT scalp EEG database". A new algorithm to investigate the time when seizures occur on all EEG channels to determine the location of suspected seizures in the patient's brain is built.
