Abstract

This paper uses Hull method with acid coating solution by 1-way current plating technique to determine the appropriate technological conditions. The results show that the salt concentration, additive ratio, temperature and pH of the plating solution have a very clear influence on the surface morphology of the plating. The components in the optimal coating solution are as follows: ZnCl2 60 g/L, NH4Cl 250 g/L, AZA 30 mL/L, AZB 1.5 mL/L; 20 – 30 oC; pH 5.0 - 5.3.
