Abstract

CaF2 nanomaterial co-doped Er3+ and Li+ were synthesized by precipitation method. The structure, morphology and composition of the materials were investigated through X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The thermoluminescent properties of materials have been studied; The results show that the concentration of Li+ ions has an effect on the thermoluminescence intensity of the material. The kinetic parameters of the traps corresponding to the main peak were determined using TLAnal program for analysis of experimental data.
