This paper presents development and an application of low cost 3-DOFs motion base, which can be applied in simulation systems to recreate the three most important movements of an object in space. The system uses common industrial components, allowing the system to work reliably but reduce costs, easy in maintenance and repair. This mathematical model is used to calculate the operating structure design, using dynamic simulation tools to help selection and testing structural parameters. The results can be applied to build the motion simulation system of driving cabin of vehicles.
